OUR FACTORY FACILITY
We have enough facilities to support export as follows:
- 2 units of air Blast Freezer with the capacity 4 ton each. The freezing time is about 6 hour with temperature -35 degree until -45 degree celcius.
- 1 units of Cold storage with the capacity 300 ton each.The room temperature -25 degree Celcius.
- 3 units of processing room with capacity 10 tons as day.
As a precaution we also have Metal Detector to prevent fishing hooks and others metals carried along with the fish. With the above facilities, PT. MAB helped by 200 skillful workers can process about 10-20 tons a day.
FISH AND PRODUCTS EXPORTED
PT. MAB process different kind of fishes including Ribbonfish, Yellow Croaker, Leather Jacket, Barred Spanish Mackarel, Red Snapper, Octopus, Cuttlefish, and Tuna. So far we have had Whole Round, Fillet WGGS/WGG, Loin, Steak and Dressed for the process of those kinds of fishes.
We export our products to Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and USA.
